That should be basis on your cutting thickness , if you cutting less 5mm that should can continuous cutting , if your cutting over 15mm then it just can continuous 3-5 mins .

5,Does this torch model make the arc before it has touched the base material to make the cut faster?

Yes , the torch AG60 make arc before cutting but no-touch cutting machine that make cut faster also protect the torch and consumables.

6,what caliber of stainless steel does it cut

If you wok with 110v with max current 35A you can cut stainless 3-5mm , if under 220v with max current 60A you can cut stainless 6-8mmhope it can help it.
